anyone knows the title of the song+artist

it is a very famous disco song propably 70s and it contains a siren sound is some parts -

the male voice sounds like bee-gees
and some lyrics say something like in the chorus:
"...best thing in london -or- next stop in london-" --
"... i really want to be with you, listen to music play all night ... is the night" "...it one one of these nights..."
