How Can I Sell A World War 1 Police Trucheon?

I have a Birmingham Special Constabulary Police Wooden Truncheon dated 1916-1919 in very good condition which I am looking to sell but do not know how to go about it as E Bay and Amazon both have restrictions. Does anyone know of an on line site or dealer who could advise me just as a one off deal without having to set up a shop?
