My wife's doctor has told her to drink 8 litres of water a day. She is struggling to get through this much. Does anyone drink this much regularly? Thanks.

Perhaps the only way to get through the required amount is to keep a little buzzer in your pocket which reminds you every hour to have another drink and mix it with a dash or lemon or fruit juice if it're too boring on its own.

Yes I do, and sometimes more.. Try drinking water with ice and a staw.. squeze some lime or lemon in it.. make like a drink.. you will pound through lots then...
I also make sure I have water bottles in my car, work, stroller, everywhere!!! Good luck.. You will pee lots but it will even out after a while... even put water beside your bed and drink all night lol
