Hi I am wondering does anyone know what time is the ps3 is coming out onto the shelfs. thankyou.

The time will be exactly 12 midnight if previous long awaited product launches are anything to go by.

Oh, you meant what time of year... well the Sony site reckon a simultaneous launch worldwide in November 2006, but remember it was due to launch sooner than this and has been pushed back once. Go to www.playstation.com for more info.

gobuy an x box 360 mate.Sony are having major cost problems with there new blue ray discs because they are so expensive.UMD have already been deleted on psp movies and blue ray looks another lame duck.

I had the playstation 1, then a playstation2, and a PSP and have now moved over to xbox360- the difference between the xbox360 & PS3 is only going to be fractional with both being nextgen consoles, thats why I got the new xbox.

Plus when the ps3 gets released, most of its release titles would have been out on xbox360 for months.

PGR 3, TombRaider legend, RidgeRacer6, Football, TigerWoods. Chromehounds, some war games. By the time you wait for a ps3, i'd have already completed most of its release titles. The blu-ray is only for movies and not games, as is the upcoming xbox360 HD-DVD.

More than likely a limited november release.

ps3 will arrive november but will cost approx �50 more than the 360 and altho its internal hardware is awesome,the differences between it and the 360 will be negligable.

my only gripe with the 360 is the freezing - ive had one since launch so this problem may now have been solved.
