Wart-like blemishes
I am 57 years of age.Over the past few years I have had several little wart-like things appear on various parts of my body (sounds awful doesn't it ???).They haven't bothered me and I have got used to them. However, last week, one came up on the side of my head and I am very conscious of this one because I am afraid that when I comb my hair I will knock it.
Are these harmful in any way ?

If you are in any way worried it would be worth seeing your GP.
The 'things' I am talking about are more wart like, i.e. circular and of varying sizes. They are usually a very pale brown colour and are raised and generally circular with a defined edge.
I have found this which will help. It says they are harmless and are caused by age!! Oh well, just enough thing us 'oldies' have to put up with!
