USA history is what it is and the people are the product of that history whether they like it or not. The black youths in Mississippi are still going to be hassled by the Police for no good reason (excuses or not) and the Police are going to feel justified in doing the hassling.

Getting back to the video, it would appear that it was only going to be a matter of time before he became another statistic, involved in criminality and unnecessary violence.
His size and lunge at the store owner he robbed just prior to death probably give some indication that he was a young man used to bullying to get his own way, until his luck ran out.

Cynthia Jarret was not tasered or manhandled or arrested by police. She happened to be black and tried to obstruct police executing a search warrant. She was over weight and died of a cardiac arrest. A lot of people die when confronted or resisting arrest by police. Quite a few people have died from being tasered, use of CS and baton rounds.Don't cause mischief,comply and you don't get hurt. Incidentally the police were looking for stolen,looted property from shops in the Brixton riots by the bros the previous week. Now what a surprise!

Of course after Cynthia Jarret died we had the Broadwater Farm Estate riots where PC Blakelock was hacked to death. Any excuse for a bit of rioting and looting by our bros innit but woe betide any retribution falls upon them for their criminality. More rioting.

how do we know that is MB in the video ?

Well if a car number plate can be identified by a satellite camera I imagine the police would forenicly blow up and enhance the video to provide positive ID of a suspect they already know who has a criminal record. May be a witness statement from the victim of the assault.
