Central Locking Not Working
I have a Citroen Xsara Picasso '05 and the doors don't lock/unlock anymore using either the keyfob or manually turning the key in the lock.
I doubt it, but hope its something simple like a fuse.
Trouble is I can't find a fuse diagram anywhere online for my year and don't think I have the owners manual anymore.
I've seen a few diagrams for other models and it seems the central locking doesn't have a dedicated fuse, other functions such as interior lighting also run off this fuse. As my interior lighting is still working I'm kind of doubtful it's the fuse that's blown - but I won't rule that out until I've seen a diagram for my make/model/year.

The usual system is for the driver's door mechanism to trigger the locking of the other doors electrically, so a fuse would allow the driver's door to unlock but the other doors wouldn't. There could also be an elecrical problem with the mechanism on the driver's door - water ingress causing a corroded connection/broken wire/swich burnt out etc. The fuse is the place to start and then take the lining off the driver's door and check the mechanism there.

Had a chance to look at this myself tonight as the info I had was based on the long haired Generals testament.
On Douglas' advice I tried the in-car door lock button - this worked which proved to me the central locking was functional. When the wife said the doors wouldn't lock by manually turning the key in the door lock this was partially true. It wouldn't turn because of lack of use the lock was seized. Works fine on the passenger side. I've sprayed some WD-40 on the other lock. At least we can lock/unlock using the passenger side door lock.
The problem was with the lock button on the key fob. It unlocks OK so its not the battery. The button seems inoperable. At £150 a go we wont be buying a new key anytime soon! Thanks all for your advice.
