period pains

does anybody no how to sooth period pains whilst not at home (at work prefably) iv got a bad back ache which is killing me and stomach cramps iv taken iburofen and they arnt helping

aw poor you sam, i know how that feels and i bet you just wanna go home and put your jammies on dont you? i always find a hot drink helps. could you maybe ask can you go home sick?

i wish i could go home and put my lovely warm comfy jammies on but i cant go home sick cos im super busy but i wish i could go home :o(

hot water bottle....the chemist sells a product called feminax which is for cramps

hi sam, i feel for you i had the same yesterday, ralgex do these heat pads that are odourless and you can just stick them on your back or tum and its like having a hot water bottle! oh and lots of chocolate
