I don't know that make.....I tried Nicolites.....they were dreadful for not working.....you'd get a hernia trying to get a puff.....

When you first inhale you should hear a little cracking noise which I think breaks a seal...then sit back and puff away.

If yours doesn't do that with any cartridge the battery is faulty.....I guess you've charged it even though it should have been when you bought it?

I did start to charge it. A light flickers for a few seconds and then a steady green light which I took to mean it was ready to go.

Mine is the opposite....a steady green light that goes out when it's charged...x
