I've bought a bit of metal that plugs into my phone and gives me 16GB of extra memory. I want it for my music.

With my bit of metal/chip, I have another bit of metal it slots into, which, I assume, in turn can slot into something else where I can put my music.

What are they called and how much do they cost please?
