Hi abers

I am a second yr law student, trying to decide what main areas to focus my dissertation proposals on.

So far, my tutor has knocked back all the ideas I have come up with.
1st. Expert witnesses, especially medical evidence, (in the light of Sally Clark's death.) He said no to this.. too wide a subject..

2nd idea. euthanasia,re- Pretty case... no again.

I know its alot to ask... have any of you lovely law bods got any ideas for some cutting edge propositions?

I was thinking about reviewing the HIP's that are due to be intoduced in July... but feel this a little boring.
