A really person is a person who is not a machine telling me all the benefits of being with British Gas...over....and over...and over....

Anyway, a really person has now told me that BG is having phone problems and all queries are being put through to the wrong departments......which is why the boiler man was bemused by my query which isn't boiler related....
He was okay though...we discussed baking and he asked if I wanted him to wait with me while I was on hold......???

He may have thought I was a dotty old dear I suppose.....☺

Hi, Barsel......went into labour in a restaurant with puddings to die for....wasn't missing that.....
I tell you....we got fantastic service......I think they wanted me out......☺
