Exactly. The world and his dog know he's a convicted rapist(pending appeal, which I thought was supposedly being fast tracked?) so why do the politicians need to keep adding their two pennorth worth?
Generally they're all for those who have served their time, repaid their debt, turned over a new leaf etc ad nauseum.
Why do they feel the need to keep jumping on the bandwagon against him?

Ched Evans has served his time and should be allowed to continue with his career..... if someone will have him. I found it disgraceful that the Daily Mail should use a headline on todays sports page by saying 'Oldham eyeing rapist Evans.' According to that newspaper Evans' career is certainly finished, cut and dried.
