but that site is well known for its 'overkill' approach.
In the first instance I'd:
(a) take another look at the list of installed programs, paying particular attention to the dates when programs were installed. (Clicking on the 'installed' column heading places the list in date order. Then remove anything recent that you don't recognise (even if the name doesn't look anything like 'Reimage Repair' ; and
(b) download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

(NB: When installing it, take care to deselect the pre-ticked option to take a trial of the Premium version).
