Yesterday I posted a thread regarding a US national wanting a sex change operation on our NHS.
But in the true balance of things should this British woman also have had a 'designer vagina' op costing the NHS £2,500?

I do however think it's terribly selfish to want a baby at her age. The chances of her being around as the child grows up are severely lessened due to her age and even if she is still around throughout it's childhood, surely the energy levels needed for kids will be zero as far as she's concerned?
