How Can I Find Out How Much Something Is Worth

I would like to sell my Noel Edmonds Multi Swap shop scarf and I am wondering how much it is worth is there a way I can find out before I put it on an auction site.

Search on eBay and tick completed listings option on the left and it will show any recent sales.

There are none for sale on Ebay and as far as I can tell there have been none for sale in the recent past.
This leads me to believe that the scarf is either priceless or worth nothing.
I suspect the latter....

I think the going rate for a Noel Edmond's scarf is about twice that for a Jim'll Fix it badge.
