I Don't Like Peppa But, Over The Top?

Is this a bit over the top? Personally, as a gran, I would like to see Peppa on my breakfast plate with mushrooms, but this seems a bit harsh. The youngsters have been very creative.

my sil was making minion cake toppers & advertised them on her fb page, she got a message from disney threatening legal action unless she stopped

A copyright issue, so may seem harsh but these things happen. I once put an item on ebay using a stock photo of the product rather than my own. This was removed on the instruction of the manufacturer. Seems they check internet constantly.
