Phone For Blind Lady

I know there are phones that are easy to use for people who are blind, but no idea which ones or even what the technology is to google.

I know you can do voice thing like saying 'phone mom' and it does it, but are there any phones that can do that and also read out a text and let you say your text and it does it for you, and possibly you can put appointments etc into it by voice and it reminds you by telling you instead of just alerting you.
