Computer Soooo Slow!

All my computers are running sooo slow and freezing as well,that is my desktop.laptop and netbook....I began to think it is my internet but logic tells me it cannot be as it is the hardware we are speaking of here.
My grandson is in the process of cleaning my laptop,so we shall see if that is the reason...I imagine the desktop PC must be verrry dirty but my netbook is rarely used...only when I go on holidays.

Any suggestions coming from you clever tech minded people...pleeease.

log in to your router by putting this in your browser

http://192.168.0.1

Password etc should be on the bottom of the router. I am not sure if you might have to be connected by cable.

you mean log on online...sorry to appear to be a bit thick but not well up on this sort of thing.

Yes, or even easier just click on my link.

Once in, click on Wi Fi settings and make sure both 2.4GHz and 5GHz are enabled and have 'ticks' in the box.

Then scroll down and click 'Apply Settings'
