Aching a bit today, Had to take a couplr of Tramadol
Sorry to hear that Danny. I have an appointment with the doctor next week to see if she can give me something for my permanently aching back. Just taking paracetamol at the moment, not really helping ( deterioration of discs at base of spine) it's really affecting the way I walk and stops me gardening etc a right pain!!
Snap, my facet joints at the base of my spine are kaput plus a couple of fractured vertebrae which why I needed Tramadol today.

No never rode a motor bike Retro. My injuries are from playing too much sport,(rugby, cricket and table tennis.)
