Just watched this on Sunshine on Leith. The choreography is brilliant. It's very infectious, I do my sofa real damage. I have it marked on the DVD where it is so I can go straight to it.
It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life Caran.
We were told to dress for a winter wedding but to wear sensible footwear (it was early March I think) because we wouldn't be filmed below the knee.
Anyway I had on a cocktail dress, leather jacket, tiara, and wellies.
It was freezing but completely brilliant and we made new friends from all over in the nearest warm pub afterwards.
I went to The Rep to see it a few years before the film was released (or so it seemed), Billy Boyd played the lead, I loved it. I was reluctant to watch the film adaptation, they strolled it, was just as good. Real feel good and like you said Caran the choreography was excellent.
Oh I see Mamya. Yes it was. Freezing cold and a long day but really cheerful and energetic. The atmosphere was amazing.
I bet it was for Sunshine on Leith too.
