roast dinner

who has a roast every sunday, or this a trend that is dieing out? i usually have one in the week instead, so my sunday mornings are freeeee.

Hey there Little coojy!

We tend to have one most Sunday's, but now the weather is getting nicer I don't know if we will do it so often. I tend to do them more in the winter as we can't afford to go out or do much, so it's nice to prepare a special meal whilst we are stuck in doors :o) We do eat together everyday of the week, but Sunday's just seem that much more special.

I can't remember the last time I had a roast dinner, other than the turkey at christmas.

It wouldn't bother me if I never had one ever again either!

We have a roast pretty much every Sunday unless we're out doing stuff. And in honour of St. George's Day the Roast Beef of Old England will be going in the oven at five :D

When I was at home I cooked roasts dinner any day of the week.

Now that I am working I tend to have roast dinners Saturdays or Sundays only because more time to cook.

i used to do one every sunday as i find them so simple, stopped when pregnancy exhaustion has made me the ready meal queen, cooking one today though for my poor boyfriend and will go back to it when i have had the baby

we have a roast dinner every sunday, unless christmas eve falls on a sunday, and we love it Best meal of the week.

We seldom have a roast dinner on a Sunday. We prefer it during the week.
