Hey there!
Whats your top gym tip or tips? I've just started back at the gym and thought i'd see if anyone has any good advice! My goals are to tone up generally but especially arms, bum and tum!

Keep changing your Cardio Vascular and weight training, say every 6 weeks. This way you will not become bored with the same old routine. Try to take part in any classes in the gym. Do spinning classes, running machine, rowing etc... then light weights on alternate days. Try to meet as many people in the gym as you can. All this will make you want to go to the gym and enjoy it. Listen to your body and it will tell you when you've done too much or too little. But main thing is learn enjoy it.
