I know they sometimes have a bad name although the ones that work at my Doctors surgery are all lovely and helpful but my cousin has recently been given wrong information by the receptionist at her GP's which has caused a lot of inconvenience and upset for her and she feels that this person should be told the outcome of this. My cousin is too upset to tell the person herself and she doesn't want to get the person fired or anything like that, she just feels someone in authority should have a word, and so she wants to put in a complaint. When she asked me who she should complain too, I suggested the Doctor but my cousin feels that the Doc wouldn't do anything about it. Do you have any ideas who she should put her complaint too? Many thanks x

Practice Manager sounds good murraymints.
:o)
She needs to tell the Doctor and the Practise Manager.
doctors are not usually concerned with what goes into the day to day business which is why there is a practice manager to handle all staffing issues and the administrative procedures..
