can 75mg dissolvable aspirin be given for pain ???
regular aspirin for pain relief (2x 300mg)!
so in other words could taking 8 x 75mg work the same as taking 2 x 300mg??
thought so....... but my stomach is really sore and this doesn't normally happen after taking 2 x 300mg. purely coincidental then or something Ive eaten lol thanks Sqad
Not what the OP asked.....but in answer to PPI's, although for long term use of Asprin or NSAID,s PPI's are suggested, but in the short term, if the patient has no side effects from the above, then PPI's are not necessary.
Hi Squad. Agree that's not what the OP asked.. but did mention REGULAR aspirin for pain relief (2x 300mgm), hence my comment about Proton Pump Inhibitors.
I dont think I have met anyone taking aspririn regularly for pain
but yes lansop or ranitidine seems sensible
( and also if you are taking ibuprofen regularly )
