Why dont CD songs that I copied onto my computer work on my mp3 player? The ones I downloaded from the net work fine and the cd songs work fine on Winamp. What can I do?

What program are you using to rip the CD? I know that Windows Media has all sorts of stuff that protects the copyright (though I think it is possible to turn this feature off).
