might be tricky as number plates with anything other than a yellow or white background is technically illegal to have on your car. As is anything other than standard Font writing (as opposed to that squiggly handwriting style number plates)

Definitely illegal.. and to get plates made up you need to produce your documents.. However, "Show Plates" for "OFF ROAD USE" you can buy off the internet.. Just type in "show plates" on google and you'll find a few places.
