My son is getting married soon, and I know I will need a good waterproof mascara. There seems to be so many different ones on the market, can anyone recommend one? Thanks.

Max Factor or Lancome
Have you thought about having your eyelashed dyed for the special occaision? It costs £10-£15 and lasts about 6 weeks. You could have it done a couple of weeks ahead and in good time for the wedding. Check with a local beauty salon

Never thought of that Maydup ! what a good idea, I shall look into it.
Do I still put mascara on though? My lashess are a bit short or should having them dyed be OK?
Lidlicker - I have had mine dyed and they are so short the beautician thought they weren't going to be long enough - they looked lovely when done - I had my eyebrows done too
Nowadays I just do them myself with eyelure (I think its called)

I'd also recommend Max Factor False Lash effect waterproof or Lancome's equivalent if you want to splash out. Having them dyed might be the way for you but personally I don't have the natural thick long lashes for that to look as good as mascara.
I've used Maybelline Volum'Express The MegaPlush Mascara, long name I know, but it's been good for me. Only annoying this is how difficult it is to take off! I guess that's a con for all waterproof mascara though. (I recommend vasoline and water for removing waterproof mascara)
Wow; hair dye near the eyes. How brave you ladies are !
false lashes..you can get individual lashes rather than the full ones at any beauty shop !
