For the second time I have won a runners-up prized and not received my cheque. The first time it happened I was given Charlotte Kings e.mail address and I contacted her and got an apology and my money.
It has now happened again but her e.mail address bounces back, I think she must have moved on.. Does anyone know a new contact e.mail address for the crossword section or how I can find one?
I must be jinxed to win twice and not received my winnings, here's hoping!

How long ago was it? I have heard of people waiting a few months for some prizes.

It was two months ago and about the same time when it happened previously.
As they had overlooked me the first time I thought it's possible it's happened again. They are also noted for this sort of thing happening as many others said the same thing happened to them.
Best I can come up with is this jellybun. There's an email address for complaints, along with a few others

Well Sam1960 from your link this seems to be a common occurrence, so many people saying they have had long waits for payment. The problem is how long do you wait before you realise that it's not coming? The first time it happened to me they had overlooked it and sent it out straight away, this time could just be that they are slow or have I been forgotten again. I think it's best to contact them to be on the safe side.
