Bosch Cordless Grass Strimmer
7 Answers
I have just renewed the blade in my Bosch Cordless grass strimmer ART 23-18 Li and now it doesn't work properly. It's fully charged as it works if I take off the circular blade attachment.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this particular strimmer and I was hoping someone would come along who was.
If the tool was store bought, I would be inclined to take it back to the customer services dept, who may be able to help solve the problem.
Failing that, I would expect that a customer help-line could help.
Hope its back in action soon.

Hi TWR. I've worked out that it's got nothing to do with the blade as it won't work when I don't have a blade in either so it's got to be something to do with the housing. From a small diagram on the base it says it should click when the housing is put on but I can't hear a click - mind you I am nearly 82 and my hearing isn't all that good!

Hi Okladene, wish I was there to help you, can you see the plug, just try changing the fuse, if that's ok, there should be a sequence starting the unit on the handle, you need to press the Button ( If it has one) then the handle, try that in order, although Homebase may have closed near you, providing you have the receipt they will help you, are you in Lanc's?
