Manly as in Isle of Man I imagine.
The mountain is on the IoM and has a railway.
Ah yes. I was thinking it would be in the Lake Country or oop north somewhere.
You'll be thinking of Scaffell Pike.
Where I come from "oop North" starts at Watford.
