I couldn't give blood the last time I went, can't remember why. It's happened a few times, kinda puts me off as I plan it around work etc. Have only successfully given blood about five times. And incase anyone says anything different, it hurts! Worth doing, though. Makes me feel good about myself when i do. Feel like a failure when I can't.

please don't feel guilty about failing, AlwaysConfused - you should at least feel satisfaction at attending with the intention to donate
