any idea where i can download it, Limewire has loads but they are all full of viruses.

Try http://www.1054centuryfm.com and select listen now. You will then be able to download the windows media player for free

If it is the player you want, d/l it for free from Microsoft (assuming you have a legit copy of Windows).

If it is the Media Center OS, you could try paying for it...
