The Pope's chair has a cross of St Peter on the back often leading fundamentalist Protestant groups to imply that it's an inverted crucifix and therefore a symbol of diabolism.Riiiiiiiight.

I thought Saint Andrew requested a diagonal cross - which is why his cross on the Union flag is a diagonal - but I'm not certain.

Andrew was crucified on an X shaped cross.
