hi i am making the above. I have made short crust pastry and the filling. How do i cook them together? I want top and bottom. Do i just put pastry in fill up and put the top on or do i need to do blind baking malarkey?

I use it for individual pies and large ones as per the recipe. Make sure the lid is well crimped. I done it with both puff and shortcrust tops and had equally good results.
