Proms Tickets.

I have been online trying to buy Proms tickets. It opened at 9 this morning. There must be more to it because I'm getting nowhere. I've done all the things you're supposed to and made my 'Proms plan' but I just cannot get on to the site. I was sitting at my computer at 8.30 and tried to get on at 8.59 and even got on to their 'waiting room' but now nothing!
There must be people who can circumvent the official process. Any ideas?

I have been trying since 9.00 to get on site, and have just got on, and am number 6640 in queue. instead of refreshing the page, go back to google search page, and click on royal albert hall. This worked finally whereas refreshing the page did nothing. Good luck, and I expect I will not get Yo Yo Ma amongst others!

The ticket office is extremely busy and I am deemed to be number 6841 in the queue.

Guess you are positioned in a lower spot than me. Holding-on is a waste of time. You'll just have to try again and hope to get tickets or, if money is no object, go to a ticket Agency, such as :-
