Dog Poos

I saw a sign 'advertising' an £80 fine for not clearing up dog poo, with a maximum fine of £1000, how nasty does your dog have to be to win the £1000 prize? Should you be disappointed if you only got the £80?

don't start me off, Barking & Dagenham council in Essex are going to have a register of dog's DNA and then if they find poo left in the street they are going to take a sample that .... wait for it .....has to be sent to the US of A for analysis and the they are going to fine the dog owner ! all this is going to cost 2 million to kick start. Crazy or what ? and did I mention the people on the council who have proposed this idea have all been on a "jolly" to the States to the DNA testing centre, nice work if you can get it !
bednobs it gets crazier and crazier, they are going to take swabs [ owner permitting] at park gates ! LOL ! if my beloved shar pei Taz was still on this earth he would definitely have bitten them trying to do that ! especially if they wore a uniform ! he hated men in uniforms.
Why they are going to target dog owners in the park I don't know because there is tons & tons of *** from the ducks and the geese everywhere.

//nocturnal dogpoo hunters who steal poo from gardens and 'plant' it in the street to increase council revenue//
and that's not the worst of it; what if neighbour were to incriminate neighbour by nocturnal planting. Where will it all end? - neighbourhood turd-watch schemes must be set up before it's too late.
