She could have had his number from years back for meaningless reason.

The same happened a few weeks back when Ronnies phone flashed up 'Carl White'. Why on earth would she have the man she killed yones ago still programmed into her phone!?

Sillimillie, Ronnie had Carl whites number in her phone because Vincent changed his name for Carl White to scare her, so she thought he was still alive but couldn't possibly be.
