I have an excellent idea for a website but dont know how I would go about the business, legal and design aspects of it. Where can I start researching for this and how can I patent/copyright my idea? Thank you

Hiya PaulB - cheers for the advice. I've written to the patent people lets see what they say.

Any more ideas for business/legal/design of the website would be greatly appreciated.
