Constant Calls For 'mr Boyle'

I'm constantly getting calls from all kinds of people but most debt company's such as black horse asking for Mr mark Boyle or Mr Boyle, is this a name they just pull out of a hat? My number is ex directory but it's possible when I was with a provider beginning with T and ending with Alk sold on my details. It's so annoying especially as they always ring at times my baby is asleep even 1AM!

Have you phoned your telephone provider?
When something similar happened to me they changed my number straight away, no quibble.

I'm not sure this is a scam- it looks as if a debt collection agency has got your number on its records as the number of this Mr Boyle. Can you block the number?

Is this on your home phone or on your mobile.
I see from your other post that you are in rented accommodation so i wondered if Mr Boyle was a previous tenant

I've never used Experian or the like, but might be worth checking your addrsss in there - then if need be give proof of how long you've been in your house etc. to whomever it may concern

yeah your name wouldnt be Marcina Boyle by any chance ?

I think a debt collection agency has got a crossed line
perhaps a transposed number ....

I think changing your number is best

In my last house the number was very near that of a bawdy house. I didnt mind but the punters were a bit put out. Either that or one of the girls had dylsexia
