Cataract Procedure.

Morning Abers. Does anyone have any advice for me prior to my cataract op. tomorrow afternoon? Just hope it is fairly straight forward.

Hi Pete65. Tea and biscuits plus tea and a sandwich on arrival. Wouldn't say stress free. Could not help being a little nervy at the prospect of an injection in the eye then the procedure itself. But the staff and theatre technicians were brilliant followed but led by the surgeon. I am still amazed even after having removed the eye patch almost 3hrs ago. I sent the song posters a song that seems to sum it up. The Who. I Can See For Miles.

That is interesting, Togo.
I did not get injections in my eye, only several sets of drops.
But, the staff, from the surgeon, nurses, porters. etc absolutely brilliant!
