Wasp Stings...
29 Answers
Sitting watching the TV last night, when a wasp crawled up my trouser leg and stung me several times, on the shin and calf.
The pain was excruciating for about 20 minutes and was still painful and throbbing for 3 hours after!
So, I'm looking for a quick and effective way to treat any future stings, please.

I think the pheromone thing is either:
A scare story put about by wasps to let them get away with being annoying little front bottoms or
It's only released during prolonged combat.
In any event, a swipe with a badminton racquet (forehand or backhand) will deal with most of the skinny waisted little yobs before distress signals have been deployed.
