Many years ago Steve Wright (Radio 1 and now Radio 2) used to play a song about New York City going bankrupt. It was one of those 70's cool Marvin Gaye Sly and the Family Stone type songs. WHAT WAS IT CALLED?...I can't find it anywhere!
