I have been single now for about 4 weeks and have chatted to many girls but not really got aanywhere.

Anyway, I am out this weekend with a group of mates.

They keeep going on that it should be easy to pull because theres loads of dirty student girls, but whenever people talk about it so much, I notice nothing ever actually happens on the night.

Basically I would like a one night stand on the weekend to get my ex out of my head. Have any girls got any tips or any hints for me to try? I am not usually very good at leching and coming onto girls and find it hard to let them know i fancy them

I'm sorry but not many girls will take up your offer of a one nighter only.

You do come across as kinda sad and desperate (sorry if that offends- but it's true), most women will see this a mile off and leggit.

It seems that you're gonna be left with 2 options, either get to know a girl properly and have some sort of relationship or get yourself a Latex Linda.

I dont think one night stands are planned! they just happen! stay out late, snog one girl on the dance floor lots, when you get moved on suggest you both carry it on elsewhere!?

I doubt a one night stand will get your ex out your head though! i agree with Boo you do sound a bit of a desperado! try just being yourself (which reading your previous posts is a nice guy?) good luck! ;o)

jibjab- we don't mean to offend, it's just your constant "I'm good looking" and "I want a one night stand" is not endearing.

If you laid off stressing the above 2 points and just enjoyed your nights out and enjoyed actually talking to women istead of viewing them as potential notches on a bed post you might be more successful!

so you want a one night stand at the weekend to get your ex out of your head then, what if you meet someone who likes you, but after your one night stand with her{now your heads clear of your ex} you decide thats it, now you have created a problem with someone else who likes you and can't get you out of their head.

i appreciate what you are trying to say and good luck in your one night stand hunting, but maybe i'm old fashioned, as my mum&dad would of said years ago, Nice girl then, would you like to invite her to sunday dinner to meet the family? ps, yes i know before i get my head bitten off that its not just girls that have one night stands, the boys are worst so the sunday dinner joke works for both sexes.

Believe me, I'm not the sort to lecture about how you should respect the opposite sex (god only knows, I don't, but then I'm a girl and therefore have little reason to, cos in my experience they're mostly like you). However, I feel sorry for you, so let me give you a hint as to why you haven't been able to get your end away.... 'dirty student girls'??????????? 'not usually very good at letching'??????????
