How Odd!
I have just tried to access the website of Rizla, who manufacture cigarette papers, to tell them about a flaw in their production. It flashed up on my screen, "Access denied for the user's country." I wonder where on earth they are based. Anyone know of any country operating internet sanctions against the UK?

However it would be interesting to know where 'the internet' thinks that you are. (Your internet provider could be routing your traffic via an overseas proxy or you could possibly have some software on your computer that's diverting your internet traffic). Check here:

>>>Can't find an option for tools in FF
I tend to forget that not everyone has File, Edit, View, etc across the top of their page. If you want it you can enable it by right-clicking at the top of your page and selecting 'Menu Bar'. However clicking the 'hamburger' icon (three horizontal lines at the top right) also takes you to Options.
Just another thought anyway:
Are you trying to get to the home page of the Rizla site or perhaps, say, directly to the 'Contact Us' page? If you don't go via the home page you won't be given the opportunity to confirm your age, so perhaps that's why (if you're trying to miss that out) you might be seeing an error message?
