Spots on my arms

I have loads of white head type spots on my arms. I have tried exfoliating etc but that doesn't seem to work! Does anybody know what causes them, and more importantly waht gets rid of them?? Thanks

I've searched everywhere for a really nice pale pinky-beige lipgloss but can't find what I want. I don't want a sheer gloss, and I don't want anything 'sparkly' just really shiny pure colour.. anyone...

At what age should you begin using them? I dont have any wrinkles but am starting to wonder if prevention might be better than cure?

I'm getting married in July and want to conceal 2 tattoos on my arms, can anyone recommend a decent camoflauge make up - i'm quite fair skinned. Thanks
