file sharing

hi all--i have 2 pc's each running xp and networked--i have set up file sharing between the 2 machines--from my main machine i can go to network places and access anything on my backup...

documents and settings

what would be the effect of deleting the "documents and settings" folder from my hdd--it takes up over 4gb of storage and i never need yo use it--anyone any idea--thanks
