Milk spots

I get white spots (milk spots?) around my eyes that last for months. I was wondering what causes them and what I can do about them.

Stretchmarks

I have really bad stretchmarks due to gaining weight quickly. Is there any thing that will help them? (They are pretty faded now, but deep like scars)
