How much is the average fitted kitchen?

i know this is a bit of a vague question but how much would i be looking at for a quality new kitchen for quite a large sized kitchen excluding appliances? thx

thanks for all the advice so far, but having decided to buy the house and given that the tree is 7 metres from the house, (and on clay - of course!) I am told that cutting it down would cause more...
