Caribbean Islands ESTA

Do you need to complete the ESTA if flying direct to any of the caribbean islands - thinking about USVI or Dominican Republic. Cannot find a thing on the ESTA Q&A site.

Windows Live Messenger error msg

When ever I log into Messenger 8.5 I used to get a small pop up window (about 4" across) that would have links to my email, the news,entertainment etc. Now all I get is an error pop up saying:...
